Shipping Information

This page sets out the packing schedule, couriers, shipping fees, insurance and Order tracking at kamerainstant.id. We currently ship to addresses throughout Indonesia.

Shipping schedule

  • Orders paid before 15.00 WIB, Monday to Saturday, are packed and handed to the courier the same day.

  • Orders paid after 15.00 WIB, on Sundays or on public holidays ship on the next working day.

  • The estimated shipping date is shown on the Product page and at checkout.

  • Pre-orders ship once the Product is available, in line with the estimated processing time shown.

Couriers and services

We ship through Biteship with JNE, J&T Express, GoSend and GrabExpress. Services, rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the destination address and parcel weight.

  • Instant and same-day services are only available when a map location is set and the address is within the service area.

  • Estimated delivery times are set by the courier and may change, particularly in busy periods or for remote areas.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated from the destination address and the weight and dimensions of the parcel. Free shipping promotions, when available, apply to regular services and do not exceed the shipping fee.

Packing

Every Order is packed by our team in our East Jakarta warehouse. Extra bubble wrap can be selected at no cost at checkout. Camera serial numbers are recorded at packing for warranty purposes.

Shipping insurance

Shipping insurance can be selected at checkout. Certain Products must be insured, which is shown at checkout. The insurance fee is listed separately in the Order summary. If an insured parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we assist with the claim to the courier.

Order tracking

The tracking number is sent by email and WhatsApp once the parcel is handed to the courier and is also shown on the Order page. You can follow your Order through Track Order with your Order code and email address.

Receiving your parcel

We recommend recording an uninterrupted unboxing video from the sealed package, as it is the main requirement for a return. If the parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, request a return within 7 days after the Order is marked Delivered, as set out in our Returns and Refunds policy.

Delivery area

We currently ship only to addresses in Indonesia and do not offer international shipping.
