Service channels

  • WhatsApp for questions about stock, choosing a Product and Order status.

  • Email for requests that need attachments or a written record, such as company invoices, partnerships and personal data requests.

  • Returns and warranty are submitted through the form in Account > Returns and warranty or on the Order page, so your photos and videos are attached to your case.

  • Shipping status can be followed at any time through Track Order.

What to include

  • Your Order code (for example KI-261102-8F3K) and the email address used for the purchase.

  • Photos or videos if your question concerns the condition of a Product.

  • The camera serial number for warranty questions.

Response times

We respond to messages during the service hours listed above. Messages received outside service hours are answered on the next working day in the order they arrive.

Beware of fraud

  • We never ask for payment to a personal bank account. All payments are made through Midtrans at checkout.

  • We never ask for your verification code, OTP, PIN or password.
