Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of kamerainstant.id (the "Site") and its services, including customer accounts, reviews, points, referral and affiliate programs. The Site is operated by PT Kamera Instant Indonesia, Jl. Sedayu City Boulevard Selatan No.20 Blok. B, Cakung Barat, Cakung, Kota Jakarta Timur, DKI Jakarta 13910 ("we"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. Purchases of Products are further governed by our Terms of Purchase.

Use of the Site

  • You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when using the Site.

  • Users who are not of legal age under applicable law should use the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

Customer accounts

  • Accounts can be created with an email address and password, a code sent by email, or a Google account. Email addresses must be verified with a 6-digit code.

  • When you sign in from a new browser or device, we ask for an additional verification code. A verified browser is remembered for 90 days.

  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

  • Orders placed as a guest with the same email address are linked to the account once that email address is verified.

  • You can request account deletion through Account > Privacy. The request is processed after 14 days, after which your personal data is anonymized. Signing in again before that period ends cancels the request. Transaction records are kept as required by tax regulations.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, photos, designs, logos and software, belongs to us or our licensors. The Polaroid trademark and its product names belong to their respective owner and are used in accordance with the Authorized Seller terms. Site content may not be copied, modified or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Product reviews and questions

  • Reviews can only be submitted by verified Buyers for completed Orders.

  • All reviews and questions are moderated before they are published. We may decline content that is unlawful, contains personal data of others, is promotional or is misleading.

  • By submitting a review, photo or video, you confirm that the content is your own and grant us permission to display it on the Site.

Points, referral and affiliate programs

  • Loyalty points are credited for completed Orders, can be used as a discount on purchases and have an expiry period. The current terms are shown on the Account > Points page.

  • Referral codes may only be used by other users and cannot be applied to your own account. Use that indicates fraud may be reviewed and cancelled.

  • The affiliate program has its own terms, accepted upon registration. No commission is paid on Orders that are returned or cancelled.

  • Points and commissions may be reversed if the related Order is cancelled or returned, and cannot be exchanged for cash outside the program terms.

Prohibited use

Users must not:

  • place fictitious Orders, hold stock without intending to pay, or misuse promotions;

  • access the Site automatically at scale or attempt to disrupt its systems, security or payment processes;

  • use the accounts, data or identity of others without permission; or

  • upload content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others or violates public decency.

We may restrict or terminate access for users who breach these terms.

Service availability

We aim to keep the Site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Prices, stock and content may change without prior notice.

Third-party services

The Site contains links to and integrations with third-party services, including payment providers, couriers and social media. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the latest version.
